The Reebok Men’s Crossfit Nano Training Shoe is the perfect shoe for functional fitness. Whether you’re searching for a comfortable shoe to wear to the gym or a piece of training equipment that you can push to the limit, the Reebok Nano is it.
Besides all of the cool colors and the halfway decent price the Nano is a really comfortable shoe. The shoe fits almost like an old skateboarding shoe (think Vans), lots of cushion on the inside and a sturdy exterior. The toe box has plenty of room and the material really holds up well to wear and tear. After six months of climbing rope, running through trails, and training with barbells, my Nano’s still look brand new.
There really are very few downsides to the Nano but as with all pieces of merchandise, there’s room for improvement. The overall size of the shoe makes it unreasonable to use solely for running (probably the reason Reebok makes specific running shoes as well). The shoe can feel a bit clunky if you’re putting in miles and miles of running but I use it routinely for workouts that involve shorter distance running and it works well for me.
The base of the shoe is great for stability when squatting or working with barbells but doesn’t have whole lot of give when it comes to trail running or doing things that require more flexibility in the shoe. If you spend most of your time running then I wouldn’t recommend this shoe for you. But if your fitness is varied and you’re looking for a shoe to keep up then the Reebok Nano is the shoe for you.
