Unlike some other sleep monitors, the Beddit Sleep monitor has a sensor that you place between the top sheet and the mattress. It feels the movement your body makes while you sleep and you don’t have to wear an annoying band on your head or wrist. It stays in place using an adhesive.
SENSOR TIP: If you are having trouble getting the sensor to stay in place, use a long piece of double-back tape to secure it in place. The adhesive that comes with the kit can become less sticky over time as you remove it to wash your sheets.
